We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or specification, you may need to place a new order. However, if the original order had a quality issue, we will replace it with the corrected version at no additional cost.
Custom orders with special finishes, embossing, foil stamping, or other unique features are generally non-refundable once production begins, unless there is a quality defect on our part.
For returns due to quality issues, we will cover return shipping costs. For returns due to customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement, except in cases of significant quality defects.
